I am Passang Sherpa, a seasoned adventurer with 25 years of expertise traversing the majestic Himalayas. Hailing from the heart of these mountains, I bring a wealth of experience—7 years dedicated to high-altitude trekking and 18 years as a cultural guide—leading explorers through some of the most awe-inspiring and remote corners of the Western Himalayas. From the stark beauty of Ladakh to the hidden valleys of Spiti, Kinnaur, and Pangi, I’ve charted paths through rugged terrains and ancient cultures, sharing my deep knowledge of the region’s geography, traditions, and history. My passion lies in crafting authentic, safe, and unforgettable journeys, whether it’s summiting lofty peaks, navigating untouched trails, or delving into the spiritual heritage of centuries-old monasteries. I am Suit Kumar, a passionate cultural guide from the serene hills of Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. With a rich academic background, I completed my postgraduate studies in History in 1996, specializing in Himachal and Tibetan heritage, which ignited my deep love for the region’s vibrant past and traditions. Since 2013, I have been sharing this passion with travelers as a cultural guide, offering immersive experiences that blend history, spirituality, and the natural beauty of the Himalayas. My journey into guiding stems from a desire to connect people with the soul of Dharamshala—its ancient monasteries, colonial echoes, and the timeless wisdom of Tibetan culture. Beyond history, I am an avid hiker and trekker, finding joy in exploring the rugged trails and breathtaking vistas of the Dhauladhar ranges. Whether it’s tracing the footsteps of ancient pilgrims or leading adventurers through pine-scented paths, I bring enthusiasm, knowledge, and a personal touch to every expedition.
